Health and beauty is something I’m super passionate about. I took esthetics in college, and it has remained one of the great loves of my life. Below are some of my health and beauty favourites for (almost) every letter of the alphabet!

Nude lipsticks - They instantly pull together any look
Old Spice Denali deodorant. My go to favourite again and again when buying deodorant for my fiancé

Too Faced. All of it. I want it all.
Ulta. I’ve never been, but I plan to soon. I love the idea of one store with so many different makeup and beauty products and price points.
Volumizing mascaras. All day. Every day.
Water. It helps hydrate your skin in a way nothing else can. Get your eight glasses!
X gets a big x. I honestly can’t think of anything. I’m not gonna say I love something just to fit the letter!
Yoga. I’ve slowly been testing the yoga waters. Not sure if I’ll stick with it, but I’m liking it so far!
Zilch. I’ve got zip for z. Same with x. I’m not going to lie to you!

Now that I've shared some of my beauty favourites, let me know your favourite for any or every letter in the comments below!

Chris's fave fall lips

Lipstick. My one true love. Ummmm, besides my boyfriend, and Reese cups. Ok, ok. It may be a three way tie (Don't tell my boyfriend!). The point is, I love lipstick. I probably have about 40 different ones, all amassed since I started wearing it four years ago. I can't get enough. Bright pink, light nudes, dark reds, and everything in between, I've got and I love them all. I could write for hours about lipstick, but today, I'm here to talk about 5 of my fall faves, as seen below.

Let’s start with my all time favourite fall lip, Black Cherry by Revlon. Really, it’s my all time favourite any time lip, but the look really comes alive in the fall. Em recommended it to me for the first time we hung out, which was a trip to the bar, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve gone through three tubes in as many years. Glossy, sleek, and edgy, it goes with any fall look!

Next, we have Lolita by Kat Von D, the perfect dark neutral for this time of year. I heard great things about this colour, and formula, long before I tried it, and I can see now why it’s so popular. It’s incredibly matte, and goes on super smoothly, and doesn’t crumble too much, like some liquid lips can. Plus, it has great staying power, which is great for when you’re at Starbucks, sipping a PSL!

Daringly Nude by Maybelline is my go to everyday lipstick for work. It doesn’t have amazing staying power, but not every lipstick will. Sometimes you have to trade something for a great colour, and how soft and creamy it feels on the lips. It’s always good to have a colour you don’t need to worry about at the office, something that’s not too different than your lips. No one wants to be enjoying snack at their desk, then go to the bathroom and realize that their lipstick has been half lost on an apple and a water bottle!
uper smoothly, and doesn’t crumble too much, like some liquid lips can. Plus, it has great staying power, which is great for when you’re at Starbucks, sipping a PSL!

Kinda Sexy by MAC is my work power colour. I feel as if it’s a more grown up Daringly Nude. I wear it to meetings, lunch with my boss, and when I’m rocking a particularly bomb outfit. It’s still light enough that I don’t need to worry so much about it staying on during a busy work day, although it does (I love the staying power of MAC lipsticks). I just love the way I feel when I wear it, which exactly as the name suggest, is kinda sexy!

Last, but certainly not least is 107 Kate Moss by Rimmel. This was another recommendation by Em. The first time she showed it to me, she told me that I would receive a million compliments while wearing it, and she was right. The perfect cool toned red, it looks great on pretty much everyone. It stays on really well, and commands attention. The perfect fierce fall colour!

I hope you enjoy these recommendations!! Now go forth, and be bold and beautiful!

My Favourite Autumn Lipsticks

Hey guys!
Something you may not know about me, is that I'm a lipstick fiend. I have a whole drawer full.
I thought today I would share some of my favourite lipsticks to wear in the Fall.

I tried to include a couple nudes as well as some affordable options.

Number ONE

Clinique Chubby Stick in Curviest Caramel

It's a pink brown nude, that is more on the pink side. It's a super easy colour to wear and it has pretty good pay off. It's a creamy texture which means it glides on nice and easy. The only downside to this lipstick, is that it doesn't have the longest wear power. It's a lipstick you would need to reapply during the day.

NUMBER TWO

MAC Velvet Teddy

This is a newer addition to my collection. I've been wanting it for ages. I would describe this as another pinky brown nude. However, I find it to be more of a muted brown/mauve compared to Curviest Caramel. This shade is also a matte formula. The stay power on this lipstick is quite good, and requires small touch ups throughout the day - especially after eating. Pair this with a neutral brown eye and you will look slightly 90s, but totally amazing.

NUMBER THREE

Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in Candy Cane

A bit annoyingly this is a limited edition lipstick from Too Faced holiday collection.
It's a vivid red that has a candy pink tinge to it. It's a matte formula that is easy to apply and it stays on forever. You may think it's coming off because it can leave behind little crumblies, but this lippy stays put. I always get compliments when I wear this one. And it smells like mocha mint, which is a bonus. This is definitely one of my favourite lipsticks ever.

NUMBER FOUR

Too Faced Liquid Lipstick in Melted Berry

Too Faced is rockin' the liquid lipstick game for Autumn!
I love this berry colour. It's got some slip to it which can make it tricky to apply, but as long as you take your time - you'll be fine. This lippy dries down to almost a semi matte. It's nowhere near as matte as the previous lipstick, but it does hold down on it's own. You may want to use a liner to keep it in check. You might have to do minor touch ups throughout the day depending. When it wears off, it leaves a beautiful stain on the lips.

Please excuse this horrendous photo

NUMBER FIVE

Revlon Lipstick in Black Cherry

When I'm feeling bold, vampy and confident, I love to rock this number. It's a deep purple red that is "out there", but totally still wearable. This lipstick is a creme finish, so it has a lot of slip. You'll want to wear a lip liner with it and you'll probably have to do some touch ups throughout the day. Sephora has a similar colour to this in their own brand called Crush (which is slightly more matte).
I love this colour because it's super affordable, it's beautiful and looks good on every skin tone.

So there you have it - some of my favourite Fall lipsticks!
Make sure to check out Christina's top lipsticks too - some of the ones she posted are my favourites as well.
